Four weeks, 200 hours, and a certificate registered with Yoga Alliance at the end of it. Asana, anatomy, philosophy, sequencing and — the part that actually decides whether you teach — practice teaching in front of the group from week two onwards.
Four weeks in one place is long enough that the practice stops being something you do and starts being how the day is shaped.
