What we are looking for

  • Audience overlap. Retreat travel, wellness, business, adventure — genuine fit beats raw follower count every time.
  • Work we can look at. If you have shot at a retreat space before, the links to what you produced are the most persuasive thing in your application.
  • A professional approach. Agreed deliverables, agreed timelines, agreed usage — put in writing before anyone travels.
  • A sponsor, if you have one. A brand willing to co-host, co-pay or co-brand changes what we can offer you considerably.

What arrangements look like

Some stays are hosted, some are discounted, some are co-branded with a sponsor, and a few are paid engagements where we need something specific. It depends on the property, the season and what you are proposing — so propose something.
