So we built one system with four ways in. Property owners list on a flat fee and keep every dollar they book. Hosts get a real booking platform — seats, deposits, payment plans, guest email, follow-up — for less than the cost of the software they were stitching together. Guests get twenty-eight categories, fifty states and a public calendar. Creators get a form and a straight answer.
Occupancy beats commission. A property that books thirty weeks at a flat fee earns more than one that books eighteen and pays a percentage on each. We priced accordingly.
Filling the room is the hard part. Everything else in the retreat business is solvable with a checklist. Demand is not, which is why our marketing capability sits at the centre rather than the edge.
The host should own the relationship. Your list, your brand, your pricing and your intellectual property stay yours. We are the infrastructure, not the owner.
