What does the host plan include?

$99 per month plus 10% of seats sold gives you the full booking platform: seat sales, deposits, payment plans, a guest CRM, broadcast email, follow-up sequences and unlimited events under one profile.

Can I run more than one retreat?

Yes. A host profile can carry unlimited events, each with its own dates, pricing, capacity and public/private setting.

Can I keep an event private?

Yes. Every event has a public/private toggle. Private events do not appear on the public calendar, in category directories, in our posts or in our emails — you share the link yourself.

Do you help fill the room?

Yes. Demand generation is available through R0cketShip, PredictiveData and KeywordCalls, and it is the single most requested service on the platform.

Do I need my own property?

No. Most hosts do not own a venue. Browse destinations, or let us scout and contract one for you.
