Blue Zone Yoga Immersion

Mornings open slowly — tea on the deck, then a strong vinyasa practice as the heat comes up. Afternoons are yours: surf, hammock, the garden, or nothing at all. Evenings close with a restorative or yin practice and a long dinner at one table.

This is an immersion rather than a training. There is no certificate at the end and no assessment in the middle. What there is instead is fourteen practices in seven days, which is more than most people manage in a month at home, held in a place that makes it feel effortless.

Suitable for any level with a regular practice. If you are entirely new to yoga, come anyway — but tell us, so we can pace the first two days with you in mind.
