Seven days inside a working Chianti kitchen — market mornings, pasta by hand, and the cellar next door.
Mornings begin at the market or in the garden, depending on what needs picking. By eleven you are in the kitchen, and by two you are eating what you made, outside, for as long as it takes.
Afternoons alternate between the cellar next door, the cheese-maker up the valley, and doing absolutely nothing. Evenings are a second, longer service — this time cooked for you.
No experience required, though people who cook already tend to get the most out of it. Twelve guests, one kitchen, no spectators.
