Two breath journeys a day, each closed by a full sound bath — gong, bowls, chimes — with the surf underneath it. Afternoons are unstructured on purpose; this work needs integration time more than it needs more sessions.

The terrace is open on three sides and shaded through the day, and the sound system carries the low frequencies properly, which matters more in this format than anything else on the property.

No experience necessary. Come hydrated, eat lightly, and clear the evening after you get home.
