Hudson Valley Couples Intensive
Four couples, four days, structured relationship work with two facilitators and complete privacy.
Four couples only. Mornings are structured sessions with both facilitators. Afternoons are for the two of you — a walk, a long lunch, and the exercise you were given at the end of the morning.
Each couple has a private suite with its own bathroom and enough separation that a difficult conversation stays yours. Evenings are optional; some couples join the group table, some do not, and neither is remarked on.
For couples in a committed relationship who want to do real work. Not appropriate where there is active abuse — we will point you somewhere better suited.
