Technique in the morning, hard rounds in the evening, and the middle of the day on the beach or off your feet. Six days, twelve sessions, and open mat every night for anyone with anything left.

Gi and no-gi both run. Instruction is split by experience so white belts are not drowning and black belts are not babysitting.

All belts welcome. Bring two gis; the humidity is real and the laundry only runs once a day.
